Director, Client Services
A business graduate of Trinity College Dublin, Peter spent the early years of his career in London working with CT Bowring (now Marsh) as a Lloyds broker, before returning to Ireland in 1992.
After working in new business roles with Mathews Mulcahy & Sutherland (now Marsh) and Willis Corroon (now Willis Towers Watson), Peter founded his own practice in 1997, establishing a highly respected business over the next decade. In 2006 he sold his business and spent the next 10 years managing a wide portfolio of clients while continuing to develop niche business opportunities.
He joined Glennon in 2016, bringing with him over 30 years’ experience in both domestic and international corporate insurance broking.
Peter has strong experience of handling the insurance needs of foreign direct investment companies operating in Ireland.

SME Client Services Broker, servicing domestic and international clients
Rosemary embarked on her career in insurance shortly after school — starting with six months at Zurich Insurance, before joining AA Insurance and beginning her career path in the broking sector.
She has worked in a number of brokers’ offices including Victor O’Rourke (Insurances) Ltd, Keaney Insurance Brokers Ltd and Brennan Insurances. She joined Frank Glennon Ltd in 2014 after completing her Certified Insurance Practitioner (CIP) exams.
She currently specialises in Professional Indemnity insurance for the small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) sector, and also provides service to other brokers in the Worldwide Broker Network (WBN), administering their clients’ local policies.

Mark O’Neill has over 40 years’ experience in the insurance industry, starting his career in Irish National Insurance company in Dublin, and later appointed as Inspector for Hibernian in the UK, and then as Account Executive for Ecclesiastical Insurance Company UK.
He returned to Ireland in 2000 after he was appointed as General Insurance broker for Branagan Financial Services. In 2010 he joined Glennon, where he is currently the Client Services Broker responsible for the needs of commercial clients in respect of all classes of general insurance and global enquiries.
Mark is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute.
