Personal Lines Client Services Broker

Working within our new and existing business departments, the key role of a Personal Lines Client Services Broker is to collect and assess the necessary information to provide our clients with the best professional advice on their motor and home insurance needs.
The successful candidate will deal with a wide variety of clients in a very busy role, giving them a solid foundation on which to build their career as an insurance professional.
The role of the Client Services Broker involves:
  • Offering our clients the best professional advice and guidance on the most suitable product to meet their personal car and home insurance requirements.

  • Delivering first class care and professional advice to clients about their existing motor and home policies, and policies due for renewal.

  • Evaluating client requirements and providing suitable cover solutions.

Candidate requirements:
  • 12 to 18 months’ experience in handling car and home insurance enquiries for new or existing customers.

  • An Approved Product Adviser (APA) qualification in Personal General Insurance and/or have made progress towards achieving a CIP qualification.

  • Energy, drive, excellent communication, and an ability to work with a commitment to customer service.
