Exclusions

The policy will not pay any benefits if you:

  1. Knew that you ever had such cancer before the start date;
  2. Have such cancer diagnosed during 90 days after the start date;
  3. Have tests or investigations during the 90 days immediately after the start date which lead to the diagnosis of cancer at a later date; or
  4. Had a diagnosis, before the start date, of abnormal cells in the organ for which you are claiming. (This exclusion will not apply once you have been medically declared free of abnormal cells for a period of three years in a row or longer following the diagnosis of abnormal cells)
