Holiday Travel InsuranceThe range of Holiday Insurance policies negotiated by Glennon offer our customers real choice and flexibility. Cover can be arranged for a single trip abroad or on an annual basis covering holidays both at home and abroad, with very few excluded activities. The annual travel option covers you for single holidays of up to 30 days and a total of 90 days holiday during the year. Holiday Travel Insurance can be arranged for persons under 65 years of age on an individual basis, for you and your partner, as a family or for you and your children only. Protection can also be arranged for travelling in Europe or on a Worldwide basis and can include or exclude Winter Sports. Glennon customers also have the choice of a Budget policy that excludes cover for personal property, valuables and money. This option offers premium savings of approximately 20%, but we recommend that you ensure that such property is adequately covered under your home insurance policy to meet your requirements. You can also avail of a Medi+ policy that offers reduced premiums if your Private Health Insurance policy covers you for eligible emergency medical expenses abroad. This policy will top up your Private Health Insurance cover up to a total of €5,000,000 for medical expenses abroad. If you or your Spouse or Partner are aged between 65 and 74 years inclusive you can avail of the 65+ Travel Insurance policy. This policy will pay up to €1,000,000 on top of the level of cover provided by your Private Medical Insurer. These policies are only available if you live in the Republic of Ireland.
