He has also served on the Insurance sub-committee of the Construction Industry Federation set up to review the legal and insurance provisions of the RIAI Standard Building Contract. Glennon have been engaged by the Department of Finance to assist in the review of the Public Works contract wordings for Build only and Build and Design contracts.

Expert and intimate knowledge of the insurance and indemnity provisions of Development Agreements, Building Contracts, Sub-Contracts, Agreements for Lease, Leases, Letters of Appointment and Collateral Warranties are essential to adequately address the insurance needs of the construction sector.
