The Health & Safety Authority (Guidelines on Risk Assessments and Safety Statements)” states “it is recommended that Employers review the Safety Statement at least annually”. The guidelines also state that “Employers are responsible for…. reviewing and revising the Safety Statement. If they are not competent to do so, they must obtain assistance from a competent person”.
