A Brief History of Glennon

Frank Glennon Ltd. was founded by Francis Xavier Glennon after his retirement from the Irish Assurance Company in 1948 and has grown from a single employee to a staff of over one hundred Insurance and Risk Management Professionals today. His son, Francis Patrick Glennon followed his father into the insurance broking business and was the guiding force behind the development and growth of the company over several decades. Today his sons represent the third generation of the Glennon family as directors of one of the largest independently owned Irish insurance brokers, consultants and risk managers.
